Automatic extractor pressure control plug in High stability within ± 1.5%, programmable depressurization time and depressurization curve, no ripple, back pressure valve controlled by pilot valve connected via software. Set point in the recipe. It can be set manually while the process is running in real time. The high stability guarantees the best process repetibility. Controlled depressurization allows the full recovery of the CO2 in the extractor minimizing CO2 loss and raw material freezing.
Automatic separator pressure control plug in High stability within ± 1.5%, depressurization time and curve interloked to extractor pressure control, no ripple, back pressure valve controlled by pilot valve connected via software. Set point in the recipe. It can be set manually while the process is running in real time. Controlling the pressure in the separator allows eneced separation of the extracted compounds. CO2 can be gaseous or supercritical symply changing the separator pressure set point and separator  temperature set point. 
Automatic temperature control plug in High stability within ± 2%, separated temperature control for each vessel, heter temperature control, temperature probes connected via software. Set point in the recipe. It can be set manually while the process is running in real time. The high stability guarantees the best process repetibility. Separated temperature control allows the best control over the process.
Automatic flow control       plug in High stability within ± 2.5%. Connected to a Coriolis flow meter, it measures the flow at full pressure, allowing the best precision and no cavitation problems. The Coriolis flow meter is interloked to the CO2 pump motor . The high stability guarantees the best process repetibility. It's positionig (after the pump and not before) avoid any cavitation problem. CO2 is really difficult to control. This is the only way to be sure the pump is delivering the CO2 to the extractor.
Automatic liquid CO2 level in the reservoir plug in Continuos liquid CO2 level control from 0 to 100%. The level probe never stop working and never get stuck. The level is set at the desired value. No switches or floating ball. This control stabilizes the liquid level in the reservoir automatically. When necessary the valve interloked to the level sensor opens to fill the CO2 from the bottles. Newer it goes out of CO2, preventing cavitation and consequently, bad extraction process.
Automatic pressure control in the reservoir plug in Pressure in the reservoir at the optimal value controlled by the software. It guarantees the best flow stability and the optiumal suction pressure. This control guarantees the best flow stability and the optiumal suction pressure in any good or bad condition. A good control of the CO2 reservoir pressure condition is essential to a good extraction.
Data logger plug in Internal data storage sytem. All parameters like pressure and temperature of each vessel, CO2 and Ethanol flow, liquid CO2 level, automatic valve position, set points, min and max alarm set point are stored in the internal usb stick or in the external newrk disk or server. The data allows the operator to analize the process condition to validate the extraction process or verify extraction condition. A small Acces file included in the system imports and shows data in tables or multiple curves.
